A quiet, well-maintained self storage property in Clearwater minutes from Clearwater Beach — favorite of local Cadillac, Corvette, Jaguar, and muscle-car owners from Belleair, Dunedin, and across Pinellas County.
We're not a dedicated car condo — we're a tidy, well-maintained self-storage property that a lot of classic-car owners in Clearwater, Belleair, and Dunedin have quietly used for years. On any given week you'll see a '57 Cadillac Eldorado next to a C2 Corvette next to a Jaguar E-Type parked outside their bays.
The reasons are simple: 10×20 drive-up units that fit almost any classic, wide drive aisles for turning radius, a paved lot that doesn't beat up suspensions, and 24-hour unit access when you want to bring the car in early for a weekend show.
Bring it in, cover it, close the roll-up door, walk away. No elevators, no interior hallways, no scraping your bumper on a concrete pillar.

200 sq ft of ground-level drive-up storage. Here's what our tenants actually park in them.
Mustangs, Camaros, Firebirds, Challengers, Chargers, classic Broncos and K5 Blazers. Plenty of room to open doors and walk around.
'50s and '60s Cadillacs, Impalas, Lincolns, Bel Airs, Roadmasters. Even a 19-foot Eldorado fits with room at the nose and tail.
Corvettes (all generations), Jaguar E-Types, Austin-Healeys, Tr6s, 240Zs, early Porsches. Dry, dark, and out of the sun.
A 10×20 holds 4–6 motorcycles with organized racks and cabinets — or a bike plus a project car.
Utility trailers, single-axle enclosed trailers, jet-ski trailers. Subject to fit and availability.
Vehicle on one side, rolling tool chest, parts shelving, spare tires and a workbench on the other. Room for a project, not just storage.
Each bay has a heavy steel roll-up door and your own disc lock — the car is inside, out of weather and out of sight.
Room to back a long-wheelbase classic out without a 17-point turn. Smooth asphalt means no scraping air dams or oil pans.
Pull the car for a cars-and-coffee at 6 a.m. or drop it off after a long show day — no waiting on office hours.
Dusk-to-dawn lighting across the aisles. Easier to see what you're doing when you come and go after dark.
For concours-condition cars or long-term show cars, we also have climate-controlled spaces — stable temperature and humidity, important for paint, leather, and wood-trimmed interiors.
Talking to the property, not a call center. Call 727-443-5801 or text (978) 807-0556 when you want to bring the car in early for a show or ask about a jump-start.
No long contracts. Store between shows, over a rebuild, during hurricane season, or long-term — you decide.
Standard for any facility that stores classics — worth saying up front.
Florida law requires vehicles stored on-site to have current registration. Collector, antique, and horseless-carriage plates are all fine.
If the car has a serious drip, put down a mat — we want to keep the floor clean. Minor weep is normal on vintage iron; full puddles are a conversation.
Don't store with a full tank about to ethanol-rot. A tank of stabilized non-ethanol is the pro move for seasonal storage.
